How do I print the waybill?
Select 'Delivery details' in the portal and then 'download PDF'
Do I need a waybill printer?
If we are collecting order from your depot, you will need to print the waybills. This can be done with a standard or sticker printer.
Do you have insurance for the goods in transit?
Yes we do. If you would like more info, please email us.
How do I know if an order has been delivered?
You can track the status of an order on the homepage of the portal.
What happens if my customer is not available for collection?
We will try our best to arrange for the delivery. If all else fails, our driver will return it to the original collection location.
